Hello all and welcome to SPICEYTUNA!..... As a foodie, I wanted to share my restaurant experiences in New York and other surrounding states. Many restaurants in New York usually get lost in the hustle and bustle of NYC living or are overshadowed by TRENDY PICS of the week! I am passionate about food and great service and of course PRICES!!!...I will introduce you to restaurants with euphoric atmospheres, reasonable monetary experiences and of course, GOOD EATS! Welcome and Enjoy!

Breeze Restaurant-Thai-French Cuisine
With so many places to eat in New York, one tends to get overwhelmed and proceed to the subway!...I, on the contrary, am in search of the "Next Great Dish".....I recently visited an oldie but goodie that I can FINALLY get a a chance to talk to you about.
Breeze Thai-Frech Restaurant is located on 661 9th Ave(between 45-46st), near TimesSquare. when I first stumbled upon this restaurant with my bestie, I had to say, the Drink specials are what caught my eyes and I've never looked back since. If you sit at the bar, your cocktails are $5, Beers $2 and shots $3!!!!!...
Lets start off with the drinks!..the Lychee Cosmo is absolutely to die for and consistently made. It doesn't matter who is behind the bar, each cocktail that I have had, has been made exactly the same as the lasttime(tongueTWISTER)......
Breeze menu is not a complex one but the aromas and flavors of each dish is mouth-watering.
The Wild Mushroom Dumpling(Appetizer) is exquisite and also a TimeOut Magazine winner. It has a very sweet-Tangy taste and the Black Truffle Essence Foam is Mangificent
3 Lovers(entree): Sautéed shrimp, chicken and tofu with snow pea, baby corn, pepper in Thai brown sauce is absolutely a winner in my book. The vegetables were sauteed slowly and left with a crisp bite with every helping. The Chicken was tender and yet thoroughly cooked, which is very important to me since Chicken tends to Gross ME OUT when not cooked properly.......
Breeze has many other menu items that are a must try and also inexpensive for Moms/Dads and students on a budget!
Pros:
The atmosphere is always very inviting and the staff are very polite and educated on the menu items. It's hardly ever crowded and the turn-over for dinner is very quick(if your sitting at a table). Food is delish!
Cons: The food took a tad bit too long(if you order dinner at the Bar) and it seemed like the waiters were getting confused with there tables and orders!(Not too good at multi-tasking huh?!?!?)....And Last, but NOT LEAST....The BATHROOM!...Lets just say that a friend told me that"it was SCARY"....hmmm, I'll let you ponder on that one....I'm more of a "I didn't see it, therefore it does NOT exist"......
Chao!
